Location: Eagle Auto Division in Martinsburg, WV

SUMMARY:
Perform an array of functions that may include helping with parts requests, coordinating with shop staff, and inventory control.
QUALIFICATIONS:

- Education and/ or Experience: High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED), or one to three months related experience, and/or training, or equivalent combination or education and experience required. Previous dealership or auto parts experience required.
- Language and Communication Skills: Ability to read, write and interpret in English to support customer service processes as well as safety rules, operating and software instructions and procedure manuals. Computer experience required.
- Physical Demands: “Moderate”: Exerting up to 40 lbs of force occasionally, or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. Requires six or more hours of walking or standing in an eight-hour day. Sitting may be required intermittently and occasionally. Stooping and bending required occasionally. Must be able to see, listen and respond to dangerous situations.
- Work Environment: Usually working outdoors in various weather conditions with occasional requirements to work inside auto parts warehouse. Valid Driver’s License required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintaining an orderly workplace.
- Working with the service department and sales representatives, and management to ensure inventory is available when needed.
- Establishing competitive pricing specifications in various categories while generating sufficient profits and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Determining appropriate inventory levels while ensuring periodic parts turnover.
- Adjusting stock to curtail accumulation of unused or old parts.
- Confirming that parts are appropriately coded.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor or designated manager.
